The story

Hi, I'm [Your Name].

I built The Promotion and the Pacifier after spending years trying to figure out how to be taken seriously at work and present at home — usually on the same afternoon.

Nobody hands you a manual for negotiating a return-to-work plan, surviving a reorg while sleep-deprived, or asking for flexibility without flinching. So I started writing the one I wished I'd had.

"You don't have to choose between ambitious and present. You just need better tools than the ones they gave you."

What started as Instagram posts between meetings is becoming something bigger: practical resources now, and a coaching practice soon, built specifically for moms navigating corporate culture without losing themselves in it.
